What would you do

How would you raise MFA adoption across Auth0 customers' end users without hurting login conversion?

What they are checking: Whether they respect that a bad release can lock out millions of people and plan rollouts around it.

How would you measure success for the MFA team?

What they are checking: Whether they choose metrics like account takeover reduction and enrollment, not just feature output.

What's your view on where authentication is heading in the next few years?

What they are checking: Whether they have an informed view on passwordless, phishing resistance and AI that could shape the roadmap.
