Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience considered in lieu of a degree. • 3 years of progressive HR experience across multiple HR disciplines. • Strong knowledge of compensation, employment compliance, employee relations, talent management, succession planning, HR operations, and policy development. • Experience advising leaders and navigating complex or sensitive HR situations. • Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels. • Strong business judgment and the ability to build credibility quickly with clients and senior leaders. • Outstanding organizational and project-management skills. • The ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • A highly responsive, proactive, and client-focused approach. • Experience working within a consulting, professional services, or other client-service environment preferred. • Familiarity with billable hours, utilization expectations, project budgets, and time tracking strongly preferred. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting. • Professional certification (HRCI or SHRM) preferred. The pay range for this position is $55,000 to $91,500. This range represents a good-faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation the firm expects to pay for this position at the time of posting.
