Tell me about a time you worked with IT on a data project. What made it work or not?

A finance team keeps using its own spreadsheet instead of your new dashboard. What do you do?

What they are checking: Whether they design for usability, clear inputs and guardrails.

How do you decide which finance process to automate first?

About the work

You'd build dashboards in Sigma Computing or Power BI for finance. Walk me through one you built and how people used it.

What they are checking: Their practical blend of finance knowledge and technical capability.

How do you make sure automated reports still meet financial control requirements?

What they are checking: Whether they keep audit trails, access controls and review steps as automation increases.
