How do working capital and payment terms affect cash flow on a large project, and how would you model them?

How do you set up scenario and sensitivity analysis so executives see the real risks in a deal?

What they are checking: Whether they can show how outcomes shift with key assumptions in a clear, decision-ready way.

How do you check a complex model for errors before it goes in front of leadership?
