About your past

Tell me about a time you met a sales or service goal. What did you do differently from others?

What they are checking: Natural needs discovery, which turns walk-in traffic into relationships the role is judged on.

Why are you interested in a role that mixes customer service, sales and lending?

What would you do

You're opening the branch and something about the vault or alarm doesn't look right. What do you do?

A coworker skips a step in the cash-handling procedure to save time. What would you do?

What they are checking: Integrity around controls, which matters more in a branch than being liked by peers.
