About your past

What would you like to have improved by the end of the summer?

What they are checking: Whether they connect warranty cost to customer trust, quality and the safety of firefighters.

Several trucks have the same warranty claim on a component. How would you start figuring out why?

What they are checking: Whether they would gather data and look for patterns across build, supplier and use before guessing.

How would you work with a supplier whose part is causing warranty claims?

About the work

Have you used a structured problem-solving method like 5 Whys, 8D or A3? Walk me through an example.
