Which lean tools have you actually used on the floor, and what changed because of one of them?
What they are checking: Whether lean is a habit they practice, such as 5S or standard work, or just words on a resume.
How do you know a part coming off your machine is good before a whole run goes bad?
What they are checking: Whether they check quality during the run rather than discovering scrap at the end of the shift.
Describe how you start up and shut down a complex machine safely, including lockout/tagout when you need to go inside.
