What we offer you: • Your schedule: • Week 1: work Mon – Tue, off Wed – Thurs, work Fri- Sat- Sun • Week 2: off Mon – Tue, work Wed – Thurs, off Fri – Sat – Sun • 12-hour shift • Weekly pay • No mandatory overtime • Predictable schedules • Voluntary OT with attendance incentives • Long‑tenured workforce (20–30+ years) • Stable leadership and consistent manufacturing work • Clean, safe, climate‑controlled environment • Pay Rate $17.29-$17.93 per hour, plus an additional $1.00 per hour for night shift • Comprehensive benefits package including: • Medical, dental and vision insurance • Company-paid life insurance • 401k with company match • Paid time off and wellness program • Ongoing training and career development opportunities • Steel shoe reimbursement ($175) after 60 days What you'll do: • Assemble boxes, insert bags and apply appropriate labels specific to product being packaged • Assemble Gaylords, insert bags, and move products to appropriate location in the warehouse • Opens and dumps product into hopper and returns carton to production line. • Ensure cartons and bags are closed properly before moving to carton sealer. • Keep work area clean and organized. • Follow all safety procedures. • Observes safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly. • Complies with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Food Safety and HACCP Pre-requisite Programs related to activities performed for this position.
