Walk me through how you approach a CT-guided biopsy of a small lung or liver lesion near a vessel.

How do you read a CT for suspected appendicitis in a pregnant patient, or would you start with a different study?

What they are checking: Judgment about choosing the right modality and minimizing radiation when it matters most.

How do you decide when to recommend MRI rather than more CT for an indeterminate lesion?

What they are checking: Problem-solving recommendations that resolve a finding efficiently rather than adding scans.
