Many of your patients will live far from Marshfield. How would you support kids with diabetes between visits?

Walk me through your workup of a child referred for short stature.

What they are checking: A sensible, cost-aware evaluation that separates normal variants from true endocrine disease.

The posting names gender dysphoria as a focus. How do you approach evaluation and care for these patients and their families?

What they are checking: Their knowledge of current guidelines and how they handle sensitive conversations with patients and parents who may disagree.
