What they are checking: Sound decision-making on a choice that affects both patient risk and cath lab use.

How do you approach anticoagulation in an older patient with atrial fibrillation and a fall history?

What they are checking: Weighing stroke and bleeding risk honestly and involving the patient in the decision.
