How do you handle a patient or family who wants something you do not think is right for them?

What they are checking: Whether they can hold a clinical line kindly.

About the work

Tell me about your experience working across both inpatient and outpatient settings.

What they are checking: Whether a hybrid practice is familiar, since these roles split across both.

Walk me through how you manage a patient whose condition is chronic and who has been through this many times before.

What they are checking: Whether they can manage over time rather than only treat an episode.
