concrete familiarity with tools like spectrometers or similar, versus purely classroom knowledge

If you ran a chemical analysis on a batch of aluminum and the numbers came back outside the expected range, what would you do first?
whether they know to verify before escalating, and understand basic troubleshooting sequence
You're on a plant floor working alongside operators and technicians who have been doing this job for twenty years. How do you approach asking them questions or asking for help?
humility and communication style when working with experienced hourly staff, not just engineers
If you found a discrepancy between an operating procedure as written and what you actually observed happening on the floor, what would you do?
