About the work

Tell me about your experience with phlebotomy and specimen collection. What's your process for making sure a sample is labeled and handled correctly.

How do you document in the electronic health record, and what do you do if you realize you made an error after you've already saved a note?
What they are checking: comfort with EHR workflows and honesty about correcting mistakes rather than covering them up
What point-of-care tests have you run before, and how do you make sure results get to the provider and into the chart in a way nothing gets missed?
