About your past

What they are checking: How much equipment experience they bring and how much training they will need.

Tell me about a job where you had to be very accurate with counts or records.

Tell me about a time you worked closely with a team to hit a goal.

What would you do

The line is about to run out of a part and you cannot find it where the system says it should be. What do you do?

What they are checking: Whether they act fast, search smart and tell the right people before the line goes down.

This is a weekend shift, Friday to Sunday, 5 AM to 5 PM. How does that schedule fit your life?

What they are checking: Whether they can commit to long weekend shifts for the long term.

Two lines need parts from you at the same time. How do you decide which comes first?

About the work

Your main job is picking parts in the warehouse and getting them to the assembly lines. How do you make sure you grab the right part every time?

What they are checking: Whether they check part numbers carefully, since one wrong part can stop a line or cause a bad build.

How comfortable are you using a computer or scanner to look up parts and record moves?

What they are checking: Whether they have the basic PC skills to keep the system accurate as they work.
