coachability and whether they take direction well in a supervised role

How do you keep track of your own accuracy or double-check your counts before you move on?

personal quality-control habits rather than relying on someone else to catch mistakes

Situational

If you found a large quantity discrepancy right before a count deadline, what would you do?

whether they escalate and document properly under time pressure instead of cutting corners to finish

If you were asked to count in an area you weren't fully trained on, what would you do?

honesty and safety-mindedness versus guessing to seem capable

How comfortable are you working at heights or in a warehouse environment with racking several stories up?

physical readiness and honesty about comfort with the actual working conditions
