We are looking for a strategic thinker who moves comfortably between high-level framing and detailed analysis, thrives in ambiguity, and brings structure to evolving business questions. This includes coordinating across teams, tracking progress, and resolving issues. • Structure ambiguous problems into clear workstreams, identify key drivers, and synthesize findings into practical recommendations. • Develop presentations, memos, and executive-ready materials that clearly communicate insights, tradeoffs, and recommendations to senior leadership. • Contribute to a high-performing team culture through strong ownership, sound judgment, and effective collaboration. Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, economics, engineering, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in the electricity sector or digital infrastructure. • 8+ years of relevant experience in strategy, corporate development, management consulting, investment banking, business development or a similar role. • Demonstrated analytical skills, including financial modeling, Excel, and data visualization. • Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to break down complex and ambiguous issues into structured analyses and recommendations. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to distill complex ideas and present to executive-level audiences. • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build credibility across teams and functions. • Strategic mindset with the ability to connect detailed analysis to broader business implications. • Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Demonstrated ability to operate as a self-starter with a high degree of ownership and accountability. • Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future. Preferred Qualifications • Experience supporting senior executives on strategic planning, board materials, or major cross-functional initiatives. • Proficiency in (or demonstrated aptitude to learn and apply) technology and visualization tools, including GenAI/LLMs, VBA, Python, and PowerBI.
