A sales leader disputes a rep's credit. How do you handle the inquiry?

About the work

Walk me through how sales crediting works, from data sources to a rep's payout.

What is the Best Address Process, and why does it matter for crediting?

What they are checking: Whether they understand how address and prescriber attribution logic works, since errors there send sales credit to the wrong territory.

How do you filter for on-label specialties, and what can go wrong?

What they are checking: Whether they understand compliance-driven crediting rules, since rewarding off-label sales creates serious legal risk for the company.

How do you set sales goals that the field sees as fair?

What they are checking: Whether they understand goal-setting methods and fairness, because goals the field sees as unfair erode motivation and invite constant disputes.

How do you onboard a new data source into the crediting process?

What they are checking: Whether they validate a new data source carefully before it touches payouts, because bad data in compensation is very hard to unwind.
