What would you do

Inventory accuracy at one warehouse is slipping. How do you figure out whether it's a system problem or a process problem?

A 3PL integration fails overnight and shipments are stuck. What do you do?

What they are checking: Whether they respond to third-party integration failures quickly and calmly, coordinating partners to get shipments moving and prevent repeats.

How do you make RF and mobile processes easy for warehouse workers to use correctly?

What they are checking: Whether they design mobile warehouse processes around frontline users, since confusing screens lead to scanning errors and inventory problems.

About the work

What they are checking: Roadmap thinking using site archetypes, total cost and modernization priorities.

How do serialization requirements affect your warehouse system design and integrations?

What they are checking: Whether they understand how serialization affects warehouse systems and integrations, since errors can stop shipments and break regulatory compliance.

What does validation look like for a change to a warehouse system that handles GMP product?

What they are checking: Whether they understand risk-based validation for regulated warehouse systems, because untested changes can disrupt GMP product handling.

How do you decide when warehouse automation is worth the investment?

What they are checking: Whether they judge automation by total cost, volume and flexibility, rather than buying technology because it looks modern.
