About the work

What do you look for on a site field walk before planning a job?

What they are checking: Whether they gather access, hazards, parts and condition details that make the job go smoothly.

How do you know whether your schedules are working?

What they are checking: Whether they track schedule compliance and estimate accuracy to improve, not just publish a plan.
