Normal office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Rotating holiday schedule of 2 holidays per calendar year. (External candidates only; must be in role at time of payout) Position Overview Join our Home Health team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), delivering compassionate, high-quality care to patients in the comfort of their homes. Working under the supervision of an RN, you’ll play a key role in supporting patient outcomes, coordinating care, and empowering patients and families through education.
