What's one high-yield or loan market trend you think investors are underestimating?

Walk me through how you'd form a relative value view on two B-rated issuers in the same industry.

How does your research process differ when analyzing loans for a CLO versus high-yield bonds for a total return portfolio?

What they are checking: Whether they understand how the 720 East CLO platform's rules and constraints change what a good credit looks like.

How do you read a credit agreement, and which covenants or loopholes do you look for first?

What they are checking: Whether they understand that documentation protections now matter as much as fundamentals in leveraged credit.

How do macroeconomic and technological changes factor into your long-term view of a sector?

What they are checking: Whether they think beyond the next quarter to structural risks that can impair credits over years.
