About the work

How do you review another engineer's design, and what do you look for first?

What they are checking: Whether they catch real risks in design reviews like tolerances, loads, thermal and manufacturability.

Walk me through how you'd design the enclosure system architecture for a containerized battery or power skid.

What they are checking: Whether they can think at the system level about structure, thermal, access, shipping and installation.

How do you plan qualification testing for a new mechanical assembly?

What they are checking: Whether they can set up verification that proves the design meets requirements.

How do you support service and aftermarket teams once a product is in the field?
