How would you mentor newer engagement consultants on the team?

What would you do

How would you drive adoption of a digital product like Foresight or Inspect across a dealer network that is busy and skeptical?

What feedback would you bring back to the product team, and how would you make sure they act on it?

What they are checking: Whether they close the loop between the field and product teams in a way that actually changes the roadmap.

How do you explain an inspection app's value to a technician versus a dealer principal?

What they are checking: Ability to speak to different audiences, since frontline users and executives care about different results.

A dealer says the tool adds work for their technicians. How would you respond?

What they are checking: Whether they take the complaint seriously and look for real fixes rather than defending the product.

About the work

What metrics would you use to show that a digital solution is delivering measurable business impact, not just logins?

What they are checking: Whether they can tie adoption to outcomes dealers and customers care about, like uptime or inspection time.

How do you build an engagement plan for a dealer that's very different from the next dealer, in size or maturity?

What they are checking: Ability to tailor customer success work instead of running the same playbook for every account.

How do you use data from a product to spot accounts that are at risk before they disengage?

What they are checking: Whether they work proactively from usage signals rather than waiting for complaints or renewals.
