About the work

How do you think about transfer pricing when a business changes how two affiliates work together?

What's your understanding of Pillar Two and how it might affect a company with operations in many countries?

What they are checking: Whether they keep current on global minimum tax rules that change the math on international structures.

How do you document advice so it holds up if a tax authority asks questions years later?
