How do you define success for an implementation, and how do you measure it in the first 90 days?

What they are checking: Whether they tie implementation to adoption and value rather than just finishing setup tasks.

How do you train users who have very different needs, like analysts and executives?

What they are checking: Whether they tailor training to roles and real workflows instead of generic demos.

What data would you track during a rollout to spot users or teams falling behind?

What they are checking: Whether they use usage data to step in early, as a data-driven implementation role requires.
