High Reach Case Picker

2nd shift - 3pm - 11:30pm - Monday to Friday Pay - $22 an hour + .75 shift differential Freezer Opening - $23.75 an hour to start Use stand-up reach forklift to move products, equipment, and materials while following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Operate a high reach forklift to pick palletized units from elevated rack locations • Perform accurate case picking and stage product for outbound shipment • Put away palletized product into racks above floor height • Load and unload materials from pallets, skids, or lifting devices • Record materials, weights, counts, and product condition using the RF system • Complete daily forklift inspections and maintain battery charging procedures ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Work with other machinery and material handling equipment MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES) • Experience operating a high reach forklift in high-rack environments • Strong attention to detail and picking accuracy • Ability to work safely at heights and in a fast-paced setting • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic • Ability to understand instructions in Country's official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics • Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs.; weight may be more dependent upon facility • Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed • Must be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud Pay Range:$19.18 - $32.40 Why Lineage?
