What We're Looking For: The Finance Project Manager will own project launch, planning, control, and delivery against timeline and budget metrics for assignments within their area of responsibility. The Finance Project Manager will be responsible for managing and leading complex & cross functional projects (i.e., Execute Digital Road-map Initiatives, Process transformation, Transitions, M&A integrations, etc.) within the Zebra Finance organization. This role will gain valuable exposure to a wide breadth of areas and functions across Zebra.  Although they will be directing team members on their project teams, this is an individual contributor role with no direct managerial responsibilities and there is potential for job rotation and growth, this position is viewed as an integral member of the Finance Transformation Office. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Effectively manage projects of significant scope and complexity • Develop and refine project charters, scope statements, and detailed plans incorporating advanced risk management strategies • Balances scope, schedule and budget considerations to adjust the project with minimal impact to the business • Coordinate and manage cross-functional collaboration, ensuring efficient communication and task execution among multiple teams • Operates independently, providing advanced guidance and innovative solutions to complex project challenges • Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills demonstrating intermediate to advanced knowledge of PMI PMBOK and Project Management techniques and approaches • Provides mentorship and coaching to junior team members, guiding them on project management best practices • Communicates project updates effectively to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment • Deliver regular updates and strategic insights to senior leadership Must be able to work hybrid (3 days in office/2 remote) from Lincolnshire, IL. Up to 10% travel domestic and international Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience • 8+ years experience • Project management certification preferred Preferred Skills and Competencies: • Advanced Project Management Skills. Demonstrated knowledge of advanced concepts with project management approaches, tools, and methodologies • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools • Intermediate strategic thinking and problem-solving • Advanced stakeholder management and communication skills • Ability to work cross functionally with all levels of of the organization • Advanced problem-solving skills. Pay Range: $108,960.00 - $163,440.00 Annual Incentive Compensation: In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 12% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
