What they are checking: Holding the line on conformance while understanding the cost of stopping production.

A supplier repeatedly fixes the immediate problem but the same defect keeps coming back. What do you do?

What they are checking: Real problem-solving rigor and follow-through to verify effectiveness, not just paperwork.

How do you apply AS9100 requirements when you are evaluating or auditing a supplier?

What is your experience with first article inspection and PPAP or similar part approval processes?

What they are checking: Familiarity with how new or changed parts are qualified before they reach the factory.

How do you use supplier performance data to decide where to spend your limited time?

What they are checking: Focusing effort on the suppliers that create the most risk rather than reacting at random.
