How do you set improvement goals using historical KPI data?

What they are checking: Data-driven goal setting rather than picking round numbers.

Walk me through how you run a corrective and preventive action from finding a problem to closing it.

What they are checking: Discipline about root cause, verification of effectiveness and closing actions on time.

How would you set up internal audits so they find real problems?

What they are checking: Whether they see audits as a tool for improvement rather than a checkbox.

What quality issues would you expect in industrial control panel assembly?
