About the work

Walk me through how you'd map the digital business customer journey from first visit to a funded, active account.

What they are checking: Whether they see the full Join and Activate journey and can find where business customers actually drop off.

How do you balance reducing friction in onboarding with fraud, KYC and beneficial ownership requirements?

What they are checking: Whether they treat Risk, Fraud and Compliance as design partners rather than obstacles to work around.

What metrics would you use to measure success from application through relationship primacy?

What they are checking: Choosing a meaningful metric set across conversion, funding, activation and engagement stages.

How would you design a digital path that connects a business customer with a banker at the right moment?

What they are checking: Thinking about digital and human handoffs, which the posting names as a product focus.
