About the work

What temperatures do you need to hold hot and cold food at, and how do you check them during service?

Walk me through how you would do menu counts for regular and special diets and turn them into a weekly production sheet.

How do you keep inventory at par levels without over-ordering or running out?

How would you orient a new dietary aide on their first day, including the equipment?

What they are checking: Whether they can train clearly and safely, which the posting lists as part of the lead role.
