About the work

How do you define and measure availability and reliability for an IAM platform that the whole company depends on to log in?

Which parts of IAM operations would you automate first, and why?

What they are checking: Their sense of where automation reduces risk and toil, such as provisioning, certificate renewals or health checks.

What does good monitoring look like for identity platforms like directory services, SSO and privileged access tools?

What they are checking: Technical grasp of IAM platform health signals and how to catch failures before users report them.

How do you plan a major IAM platform upgrade or migration without disrupting users?
