Likely interview questions for this role

Written from this job description, not a generic list. Each one notes what the interviewer is really checking.

About your past

Tell me about a customer service improvement project you led from plan to rollout. How did you know it worked?

What they are checking: Whether they can execute a roadmap item end to end and measure results, not just plan it.

Tell me about a time you built or cleaned up a knowledge base. How did you keep it current?

What they are checking: Whether they know a knowledge base dies without ownership and a simple way for reps to flag outdated content.

You are leading a project but the people doing the work report to someone else. How do you keep it on track?

What they are checking: Whether they can influence without authority, which this role relies on across Water Quality Management.

Tell me about a time you used customer feedback or service data to change a process.

What they are checking: Whether they connect reporting and analytics to real decisions instead of producing reports nobody acts on.

What would you do

A new system is live, but customer service reps keep falling back to the old workarounds. What do you do?

What they are checking: Whether they treat low technology adoption as a training and process problem, not just a compliance problem.

How would you standardize ways of working across customer service teams that have each built their own habits?

What they are checking: Whether they can bring teams together on one process while respecting why the local habits formed.

Two initiatives on the roadmap both need the same team in the same month. How do you handle that with leadership?

What they are checking: Whether they raise tradeoffs early with clear options instead of quietly letting both projects slip.

About the work

How would you take a Customer Experience roadmap and turn it into a schedule with owners and milestones?

What they are checking: Whether they have real project management habits that keep many initiatives moving at once.

Which customer service metrics do you trust most, and which can mislead you?

What they are checking: Whether they understand that handle time and response time can improve while customer outcomes get worse.

How would you design training for a new customer service process so it actually sticks?

What they are checking: Whether they plan for practice, reinforcement and follow-up rather than one session and a slide deck.
