How do you keep track of many small tasks and follow-ups so nothing falls through the cracks?

What they are checking: Genuine curiosity about supply chain and customer operations, which shapes how much they take from the role.

What would you do

A customer emails that their order is missing a pallet and they need it tomorrow. What would you do first?

What they are checking: Whether they stay calm, gather facts and involve the right people quickly when an order goes wrong.

How would you explain a delay to a customer when the news is not good?

What they are checking: Whether they can be honest and clear while keeping the relationship strong.

You get conflicting information from Sales and Supply Chain about when an order will ship. How do you sort it out before telling the customer?

What they are checking: Whether they confirm facts before passing them on, so the customer does not get two different answers.

This is a year-round hybrid internship with three days onsite in Green Bay. How would you manage it alongside school?

What they are checking: Whether they have a realistic plan to be dependable across semesters.

About the work

How comfortable are you with Excel? Tell me about something you built or analyzed with it.
