Likely interview questions for this role

Written from this job description, not a generic list. Each one notes what the interviewer is really checking.

About your past

You're bridging AI technology delivery and workforce adoption. Tell me about a time you helped people actually change how they work after a new tool went live.

What they are checking: Whether they have driven real adoption, not just training sessions, after a technology launch.

Tell me about a time the technology team and the business wanted different things from an implementation. How did you handle it?

What they are checking: Whether they can stand in the middle of two groups and keep the project focused on outcomes both can accept.

As a manager, how do you develop the consultants on your team while still delivering for the client?

What they are checking: Whether they coach and delegate deliberately rather than doing the hard work themselves to save time.

How have you helped grow business with an existing client?

What they are checking: Whether they see follow-on needs during delivery and can raise them in a way that serves the client.

What would you do

A client has rolled out a generative AI tool and usage is flat after three months. How would you diagnose what's going on?

What they are checking: Whether they look at roles, incentives, trust and workflow fit rather than assuming people just need more training.

Employees at a client are anxious that AI will replace their jobs. How do you address that honestly?

What they are checking: Whether they can communicate with candor about change without overpromising or dismissing real fears.

A client executive wants to announce an AI rollout next week, but the workforce plan isn't ready. What do you advise?

What they are checking: Whether they will push back on a leader with a clear risk case while still offering a workable path.

About the work

How do you translate an AI capability into changes to an operating model, roles and workforce plans?

What they are checking: Whether they can move from what a tool does to which tasks shift, which roles change, and what skills are needed.

Walk me through how you'd redesign a role when AI takes over a large share of its routine tasks.

What they are checking: Whether they think about task-level analysis and what higher-value work the person moves toward, not just headcount cuts.

How do you measure whether an AI enablement program is working?

What they are checking: Whether they define adoption and business outcome metrics up front instead of counting training completions.

What change management frameworks have you used, and where do they fall short for AI adoption?

What they are checking: Whether they know classic methods well enough to adapt them for tools that change quickly and unevenly.
