What they are checking: Awareness that vendor failures can break critical services and must be part of resilience planning.

What does it mean to be in the first line of defense for resilience, and how does that differ from the second line?

What they are checking: Clear understanding of ownership versus oversight, which shapes how this role operates daily.

How do you keep service maps and plans current as the business changes?

What they are checking: Maintenance discipline, since outdated resilience plans give false confidence during an incident.
