A machine you helped install stops a few times a shift and the operators can't tell why. How do you troubleshoot it?

How do you approach safety when designing controls for a new machine?

What they are checking: Whether they design in guarding, safety circuits and lockout from the start rather than as an afterthought.

How would you read and check an electrical schematic before a panel gets built?

What they are checking: Whether they catch design errors on paper before they become wiring problems on the floor.

How do you document a machine's controls so maintenance can support it after you're gone?
