A large food manufacturer calls upset about a quality issue in a delivered load. What do you do first?

Describe how you would handle an internal partner, like logistics, who is slow to answer your questions about a customer order.

What they are checking: Whether they can get cooperation across departments through relationships and clear asks, not complaints.

About the work

What order management or ERP systems have you worked in, and what did you use them for every day?
