What would you do

You ride along with a veteran rep who's above quota but cuts corners with customers. What do you do?

A sales manager disagrees with your assessment of one of their reps. How do you handle it?

What they are checking: Whether they know how to observe, debrief and give feedback in a way reps can use.

How would you teach business acumen to a rep who's great with medics but struggles with budgets and procurement?

What they are checking: Whether they can help reps sell to decision makers who think in dollars, not just clinical features.

How would you measure whether your training is actually improving rep performance?

What they are checking: Whether they connect training to quota and behavior change, not just completed sessions.
