Likely interview questions for this role

Written from this job description, not a generic list. Each one notes what the interviewer is really checking.

About your past

The posting sets explicit targets — ninety percent of tasks delivered on time, ninety-five percent stakeholder satisfaction on documentation. What would you do in your first month to hit those?

What they are checking: Whether they take stated metrics seriously and plan concrete actions to meet them, because these targets will measure their performance.

Tell me about a project risk you spotted early. How did you raise it?

What they are checking: Risk identification, which this posting makes part of the coordination role.

Crowe also posted an AI Project Coordinator Intern doing the same work under guidance. What makes you ready for the full role rather than the internship?

What they are checking: Self-placement against the junior version posted at the same time.

This is a Chicago role expecting zero to two years in project coordination, business analysis or technical support, and it includes hands-on prototyping. What do you want to know about the mix of client work and internal work?

What they are checking: Checking the real shape of the job at an entry level.

What would you do

This role tracks projects in Azure DevOps and also builds prototypes when needed. How do you split your time between coordinating and building?

What they are checking: The dual nature of a seat that is part coordinator and part builder.

Walk me through facilitating a stakeholder meeting where the participants do not agree on what they want.

What they are checking: Whether they can lead people with conflicting goals toward shared decisions, because facilitation is named as a core skill in this coordinator role.

An engineering team says a deadline is not achievable. What do you do next?

What they are checking: Coordinating between a commitment and the people who have to meet it.

About the work

How do you write a user story for an artificial intelligence feature where the output varies each time?

What they are checking: Whether they can write clear acceptance criteria for features that vary in output, because traditional pass or fail tests often fail here.

How do you use generative artificial intelligence tools in your own work, and where do you check them?

What they are checking: Whether they use these tools productively and still verify the output, because unchecked mistakes can easily reach clients and stakeholders.

Walk me through turning a business requirement into a technical diagram. What do you include and leave out?

What they are checking: Whether they can turn business needs into a clear technical picture, choosing detail carefully so diagrams stay useful to both audiences.
