About your past

Tell me about an AI program you helped roll out across an organization. How did you measure whether people actually used it?

What they are checking: Whether they focus on real adoption and outcomes rather than counting launches or licenses.

Tell me about a time a technology program stalled. What did you do to get it moving again?

What they are checking: Whether they can diagnose resistance or blockers and recover a program without forcing it through.

How do you keep up with how fast AI tools are changing without chasing every new release?

What they are checking: Whether they have judgment about what matters and can keep a program stable while tools change.

Tell me about a team you've led. How did you grow the people who worked for you?

What they are checking: Their leadership as a senior manager, including how they develop others and delegate work.

What would you do

In a firm of accountants and advisors, many people are skeptical of AI. How would you build trust and get them started?

How do you work with IT, risk, legal and the business practices when they each want something different from an AI program?

What they are checking: Whether they can align groups with competing priorities and keep a program moving forward.

About the work

How do you decide which AI use cases to prioritize when every practice has a long wish list?

What they are checking: Whether they have a clear method for weighing value, risk and effort instead of choosing by who is loudest.

What guardrails would you want in place before staff use generative AI tools on client data?

What they are checking: Whether they take confidentiality, data handling and professional standards seriously in a regulated firm.

How would you design training for staff who range from brand new to very advanced with AI tools?

What they are checking: Whether they can build enablement that meets people where they are rather than one generic session.

What metrics would you report to leadership to show the AI program is working?

What they are checking: Whether they can connect enablement work to business results leaders care about, like time saved or quality.
