What would you do

What licence and certification do you hold, and what would you want to know about your sites, the call arrangement and the panel before you took it?

What they are checking: The credentials plus the practice details the posting leaves open

About the work

Walk me through a routine well-woman visit and what you are looking for.

What they are checking: Whether they can describe a thorough well-woman visit and what they screen for, because that encounter is central to generalist women's health practice.

A patient presents with abnormal bleeding. How do you work that up?

What they are checking: Whether they have a structured workup for abnormal bleeding, because it is common and can signal anything from hormonal issues to cancer.

Which procedures are you credentialed and current in?

What they are checking: Whether they are credentialed and current in specific procedures, because what they can perform affects scheduling and how the team divides work.
