A strategic business customer has had dropped calls at one site for three weeks. How do you take ownership of that problem?

About the work

Walk me through how you would troubleshoot a business customer whose devices can't connect to data in one building.

What they are checking: Structured troubleshooting that separates device, account, provisioning and network causes.

What would you track to show that your accounts are getting better service over time?

What they are checking: Whether they think in measures like resolution time, repeat issues and escalations, which define success here.

How do you explain a technical root cause to a customer's executive who is not technical?

What they are checking: Translating technical detail into plain business impact and next steps.
